Cubbing and others

Purpose:
To promote blood flow and qi circulation, so as to stimulate healing responses.

Risks:
Both cupping and Guasha are considered safe when performed by trained practitioners and are often used as complementary therapies alongside conventional medical treatments. But you could have these side effects such as mild discomfort, bruises and skin infection.

Preparation:
No specific preparation is needed, but should make sure there is no identified wound in the area of operation.

During:
Bruising, whether light or dark, may manifest in the operated area, accompanied by mild discomfort for some individuals.

After:
The bruising typically resolves within a few days following treatment.
